24h check-in at SMARTments business

At our locations in Hamburg, Berlin Prenzlauer Berg, Munich, Mannheim and Vienna, 24h check-in is possible with our check-in terminal. This means that guests can check into their temporary accommodation at any time, even outside of opening hours.

*During these reception hours, a staff member is available to answer your questions or respond to other concerns at the reception desk. Saturday and Sunday the reception is closed. By phone, we are usually available from 8 am. to 8:30 pm.

Frau am Check in temrinal München — This is what our check-in terminal at SMARTments business Munich looks like

On the day of arrival, our guests will receive personalised information about the arrival and the corresponding reservation number. With the name and the reservation number the guest can easily identify himself at the check-in terminal. A digital registration form is then opened, which only needs to be filled in and signed. Afterwards he or she can encode his or her own key. The check-in is done!

In our locations Hamburg, Mannheim, Munich, Berlin Karlshorst, Berlin Prenzlauer Berg, Berlin City-West and Vienna you can also use our Hotel Bird App.

The best thing about it: Waiting at the reception is no longer necessary with the 24h check-in and every guest can arrive when he or she wants. Instead of strict clock times, there is more flexibility and freedom even before the actual move-in.

The key has gone missing? No problem. A spare key is quickly coded. You can also use the app Hotelbird as your key.
