We have been one of the leading providers of serviced apartments in Germany and Austria for over ten years. With more than 1,100 units currently in operation and a further 800 units under construction and in the pipeline, we have played a key role in shaping the development of the serviced apartment market, particularly in Germany.

With our solid financial base, we are continuing to expand and sign new leases (fixed and hybrid) and management contracts. We are actively looking for new builds, mixed-use properties and conversions in the top 25 cities in Germany and the top 5 cities in Austria.

In association with the GBI Group and its capital partner, the private property fund manager Henderson Park, we can also take advantage of project development and investment opportunities directly and immediately.
