  • Do I have to bring my own sheets and towels?

    Your apartment is ready to move in with towels and bed linen. All you need to do is bring your belongings and groceries.

  • How often is my apartment cleaned?

    We will clean your apartment once a week for you, including towel and linen change.

  • Is the Wifi free?

    Yes, the internet is an inclusive service. You will receive your access data upon arrival or in your apartment.

  • Are there washing machines and dryers? If so, are they in the apartment?

    We have a laundry room in all our houses, with washing machines and dryers for you.

  • Is breakfast also offered?

    No, we do not offer breakfast. You have the possibility to prepare your own breakfast in your kitchen.

  • Can I also book under 7 nights in SMARTments?

    Please ask our team from the reception / reservation desk, by mail or phone.

  • When do I have to leave the apartment?

    The departure time is 11 o'clock. If you want to stay longer in the apartment, please contact our team from the reception.

  • What if I arrive outside opening hours?

    Arrivals are also possible outside our opening hours. A few days before your arrival, you will receive an e-mail from us containing all the relevant self-check-in information.

  • When can I check in to the apartment?

    We guarantee the apartment from 14 o'clock. If you arrive earlier, we are happy to take your luggage until the apartment is available.

  • What are SMARTments business?

    SMARTments business are fully furnished serviced apartments. Thanks to their well-arranged fit-out including the modern kitchenette, they are ideal for long stays when arriving in a new city.

  • What is special about SMARTments business?

    SMARTments business are always located in an attractive central area. An important feature is good access to public transport and the vicinity of many shops, bars and restaurants.

  • Where can I find SMARTments business?

    You can find three SMARTments in Berlin, as well as one in Hamburg and Munich and Vienna. We are also working hard on our expansion. 

  • Are there smoking and non-smoking apartments?

    Smoking is not permitted in our studios and apartments. If you still decide to smoke there, extra cleaning is required for which an additional fee of EUR 250.00 will be charged. You are welcome to make use of the smoking lounge in the courtyard.

  • Will my apartment be cleaned by housekeeping?

    Yes; the cleaning will be carried out every 14 days. This covers the living and sleeping areas, kitchen and bathroom. In addition, we exchange bed sheets and towels.

  • From when is it the possible to check in and until when must departure take place?

    Check-in is guaranteed from 2pm. If you arrive earlier, we are happy to store your luggage for you on our premises. Departure is possible until 11am. If the apartment is needed any longer, please talk to us.

  • Do you cater to the needs of people with allergies?

    The studios and apartments are fitted with hardwood parquetry or vinyl floors; duvets and pillows are allergy sufferer-friendly.

  • Is it possible to directly bill my company?

    Yes. We simply need a written confirmation of cost coverage from your company.

  • Do you require a security deposit?

    Individual travellers are asked for a deposit of EUR 200.00, to be paid upon arrival in cash or to be transferred in advance. This will be refunded on departure.

  • Do you allow pets at SMARTments?

    In consideration of people with allergies, taking pets into the building is not permitted.
