SMARTments business goes Mannheim: In April this year, we would like to welcome you to the Ludwig Darmstaedter Haus in the city of Mannheim! There we offer modern temporary living in a perfect location for commuters, business travellers, tourists and city newcomers. We are looking forward to your visit!

The SMARTments Studios have approx. 21 sq m and offer you a Queensize bed (1,40 m x 2,00 m). A living and sleeping area as well as a kitchenette make part of the room. It is fully equipped, e.g. with a flatscreen-TV, dishwasher, microwave oven, etc. More information can be found in the section Service & equipment.

Temporary living in Mannheim on a central location
Directly situated at Mannheim main station, our SMARTments business in Mannheim picks up everyone in the truest sense of the word. Business travellers and commuters benefit from the well-developed infrastructure, the nearby S-Bahn and tram stop. Heidelberg is only 14 minutes by S-Bahn and Ludwigshafen only 2 minutes away. In addition, the Ludwig Damstaedter Haus is within easy reach of the headquarters of two large companies, BASF in Ludwigshafen and SAP in Walldorf. The latter, for example, is only a 30- minute drive.
If you like to be outdoors in the green after work or at the weekend, you can relax in the Luisenpark which is within walking distance. If, on the other hand, you want to enjoy historical flair, the Mannheim Water Tower is the place to be. Otherwise, the immediate surroundings offer everything that travellers could wish for: Tourist information, sushi and Burger shops, pizzerias, bakeries, banks, drugstores, hairdressers, cosmetic and massage salons. Discover Mannheim on foot if you like, because everything is on your doorstep!

Additional service charges do not exist, and if you are expecting a visitor, an extra bed can be booked for 10 € per night.
